The site may automatically collect audit information to use for technical administration and to improve our products and services. Such information may include but not be limited to the date and time of login to a given application and duration of use, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (except where considered Personal Information under local law), and event information such as crashes, connection speed and system activity.
4. How We Use Your Information
Your personal information will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties for any purposes other than to deliver services on behalf of the Site, unless required by law. Your personally identifiable information is used by the Site, and our affiliates, to provide you with a more enjoyable user experience and to help us provide information, products or services that may be of interest to you.
If you are using the Site as an employee, consultant or agent of an entity, LEI Smart is permitted to provide that entity with access to any and all of your information. If LEI Smart is acquired by, acquires or is merged with another company, LEI Smart may transfer your personal information to such company.

We do not solicit any personal information from children. If you are not 13 years old or older, you are not authorized to use the Site. Our basis for processing may be due to a contract we have with you. For example, personal account information to use a service to which you’ve subscribed. Lastly, the basis may be due to legitimate interests such as when you sign up for our newsletter or request marketing information.
