LEI Smart is committed to protecting the privacy of our users while they access the LEI Smart website, products and services (the “Site”). We do not solicit any personal information from children. If you are not 13 years old or older, you are not authorized to use the Site. Our basis for processing may be due to a contract we have with you. For example, personal account information to use a service to which you’ve subscribed. It may be due to a legal obligation such as a tax law requirement to retain information about payments received. Lastly, the basis may be due to legitimate interests such as when you sign up for our newsletter or request marketing information.
The personal data we collect from you will be processed in the United States.
